What does it take to be a teacher in Philadelphia? That’s exactly what this campaign, created in a strategic partnership with agency of record, Brown Partners, sought to communicate. The campaign’s unapologetic nature was designed to urge only those capable of “sticking it out” to self-select. And the numbers speak for themselves: a 70% increase in applications with teachers who “Stick and Stay” resulted from the combined effort of print, transit, outdoor, web, radio and direct mail efforts.
